The Hunter Douglas 2″ Hold Downs (Clear) are for securing the bottom rail of 2 inch wood or faux wood blinds. Moreover, the plastic brackets mounts to the holding surface while pins fasten to the center at each end of the bottom rail which keeps the blind from moving.
