Shipping Policy

Please read this page carefully for specific details on expedited shipping services ( USPS Priority Mail, Fed Ex Express Saver, Fed Ex 2 Day or Overnight) and other important information.

Orders will be sent by US Mail, or Fed Ex, at our discretion. If you are unable to receive US Mail or Fed Ex service for any reason, please leave us a note in the COMMENTS section during checkout.

SALES TAX: All orders delivered to the state of Nevada will have applicable sales tax.

ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED
MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY EXCLUDING ALL HOLIDAYS*

Most orders will be shipped within one to four business days. Provided the item is in stock, we make every attempt to provide SAME DAY SHIPPING on all orders received before 12:00 p.m. PST. In the event the item is not available for shipment in four business days, you will be notified by email when the item will be available to ship. If for any reason your package is returned to us RTS or undeliverable because of an incorrect address you provided or for any other reason, you will be responsible to pay additional shipping fees, or we will issue you a refund minus the original shipping and handling fees.

While we keep 1,000's of these items in stock, due to the large variety of sizes and styles, some of these products will be ordered from the manufacturer. We have arrangements with most manufacturers to ship to us the same day as we place the order. Please allow 4-7 days to ship from our store.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email providing you with the shipping date and a tracking number. You may then follow the progress of your package at www.FEDEX.com or www.USPS.com.

We will provide Fed Ex or USPS with your special instructions. However, we cannot promise that they will follow the notations. Fed Ex and USPS deliver on their schedules, even when asked to deliver at a specific time of day.

FED EX EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

(OVERNIGHT, 2ND DAY & EXPRESS SAVER)

  • We use Fed Ex to ship Overnight, 2nd Day and Express Saver
  • Not all items are available for expedited shipping.
  • If you have requested expedited shipping and we only have part of your order in stock, we will ship what we have in our stock via your chosen shipping method. We will have the remainder of your order shipped directly to you from the manufacturer via regular Ground shipping. If you need a particular item(s) shipped quicker than the others, please let us know in the COMMENTS of your order and we will do our best to get those items to you via the expedited shipping method you have chosen. We will email you if your order will need to be split as described.
  • If the items in your order are too heavy or oversized, the 2nd Day and Overnight charges may be higher than the flat rate charges listed at check-out. You will be notified and asked for approval of the higher charges prior to shipping.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight® provides next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most addresses, and by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas.
  • FedEx 2Day® delivers in 2 business days by 4:30 p.m. to most areas, and by 7 p.m. to residences.
  • Overnight orders received on Friday before noon will be delivered the following Monday, after noon will be delivered on Tuesday. Second Day orders received on Friday before noon will be delivered on Tuesday. If you need a package delivered on a Saturday, please email or call us to find out whether that service is available in your area and its associated costs.
  • FedEx Express Saver® Shipping only includes business days and does not include weekends or holidays. FedEx Express Saver® provides delivery in 3 business days to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m.
  • We do not offer refunds, partial, or full if you are not satisfied with the delivery time of the Fed Ex carrier, as we have already paid for the shipping on our end.

    The expected delivery date is based on origin, destination, and pick-up time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee. If you need guaranteed delivery by a particular date use Fed Ex 2ND Day Air, or Overnight. Once your package has been scanned by the USPS we have no control over delivery date or time. IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING
STANDARD FED EX SHIPPING:
(FED EX HOME DELIVERY & FED EX GROUND)

  • Shipments can originate from and be delivered to the 50 United States. Delivery between 1 to 5 business days within the contiguous U.S. and between 3 to 7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.  Home Delivery is Ground going to a Residence, same delivery times etc-Delivery between 1 to 5 business days within the contiguous U.S. and between 3 to 7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Fed Ex Ground and Home Delivery are not Express services. There are no guaranteed delivery dates. If you need your items expedited, or by a certain date, we recommend 2nd Day Air or Overnight Shipping. We do not use Parcel Post, we do use Fed Ex Home Delivery from pick up to delivery. Items ship out Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. We do not offer refunds, partial, or full if you are not satisfied with the delivery time of the Fed Ex carrier, as we have already paid for the shipping on our end.

  • USPS First Class Mail can take up to 15 business days to arrive. There are no guaranteed delivery dates. We use tracking so we make sure the items are delivered.
